The enclosed CD contains 54 Microsoft Excel® (.xls) data files with over 120 related charts and table sheets, four Adobe
(.pdf) and (.txt)
text files and one table of contents (.xls) file. Chart files
also include the full data tables. The Jet Information
Table of Contents file contains two sheets, a table of
contents of the data files
and a CD Map/Index with links to all file sheets included on the CD. In addition,
subject matter table of contents tables are included in several of the files which provide links to related files and tables in the CD. These hyperlinks
are intended to improve
